We place considerable emphasis on the selection, cultivation and management of our product supply chains and fostering effective business partnerships rather than simply placing purchase orders. Technology Inspiration Group Pty. Ltd. has recently formed a number of strategic partnerships with selected vendors, both locally and overseas and has a sourcing office in Hong Kong/China and Taiwan. This enables us to globally source a wide variety of materials, parts and services, giving our customers a choice of procurement options tailored to their individual cost and quality requirements. Our partners are focused on low to medium volume, high mix production which is in line with typical requirements of our customers. In order to minimize the turnaround time of all our projects, our business operation is streamlined as follows: Local During the Product Development Phase – Engineering, program management from conceptual design through to R & D, prototyping, pilot production, and all customer interfacing are performed locally within Australia. Offshore All other activities which include procurement of components, and manufacturing of custom designed parts is sourced from our strategic partners in Hong Kong/China and Taiwan.
